You can book a journey through our Book a Ride form on the website.
We will confirm your booking once we review availability and contact you.
1.3 Do I receive a confirmation?
Yes. After submitting the booking form, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm the details.
2. School Transport
2.1 Do your drivers have DBS checks?
Yes.
All drivers and passenger assistants hold valid Enhanced DBS checks and follow strict safeguarding procedures.
2.2 Can you support SEND passengers?
Absolutely.
We specialise in SEND transport and offer:
Passenger assistants/escorts
Tailored support for mobility needs
Communication with schools and parents
Safe handover procedures
2.3 What time does the driver arrive for pickup?
For morning school runs, we aim to arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth handover.
For afternoon collections, the driver will meet your child at the agreed location.
2.4 Who is responsible for my child before and after the transport?
Our responsibility begins when the driver or escort receives your child, and ends once your child is handed to an authorised adult or school staff member.
3. Airport Transfers
3.1 Do you provide 24/7 airport transfers?
Yes, airport transfers can be arranged at any time with advance booking.
3.2 Do you help with luggage?
Yes, our drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage when needed.
3.3 What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight times and adjust collection times where possible.
Additional waiting charges may apply for long delays.

4.1 What vehicles do you use?
We use licensed and insured vehicles suitable for:

Yes, you can request a return trip in the booking form or by contacting us directly.
5. Safety & Safeguarding
5.1 Are seatbelts provided?
Yes. Seatbelts are provided and must be worn at all times.
5.2 How do you keep children safe during transport?
We follow strict safeguarding guidelines:

5.3 Can parents track the journey?
Journey tracking is not currently included, but updates can be provided upon request.
6. Payments & Charges
6.1 How do I pay for my journey?
We accept:

Invoicing for schools & authorities
6.2 Do you charge for waiting time?
For private journeys:
First 10 minutes are free
Additional waiting may incur charges
For school runs:
Waiting time is usually included within reasonable limits
6.3 Are there cancellation fees?

Cancellations with less than 24 hoursβ notice may be charged at full fare.
